The Articles "March of the Food Snobs" And "The Fat Drug" offers a deep insight and perspective on the food culture here in America. In the article march of the food snobs the author here explains two sides of food lovers with Food aficionados and food snobs. Food Snobs in this article represent a more wealthier type of people who can afford the best quality food around them and have accessibility to these areas. Food Enthusiasts tend to just appreciate food for what it is. The most interesting thing I found in the article was when the author had mentioned about the limitations of impoverished people's access to food. Food snobs are more refined of what they eat but due to people who live in poverty and hunger and with disabilities, refined food is not available for them which really shows their ignorance of situations and circumstances around them. The second article " The Fat Drug" really goes into the research and the truths behind the livestock industry and what is really put into these animals and how far it goes to effect humans. the article shows the relation on how livestock industries fatten up their animals which in turn can relay back to us.
